Terms and Conditions gdwon – Complete Platform Usage Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "gdwon" or "Platform" — refers to the gdwon.win website and all services provided under the gdwon brand.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at gdwon.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account opened by a Member on the gdwon platform to access its services.
• "Funds" — refers to funds held in a Member's gdwon account balance, including cash and eligible bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, bonus funds, or other rewards granted by gdwon to Members subject to specific conditions.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity verification process carried out by gdwon to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

To register and use gdwon's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition order issued by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or as a third-party agent.
• Never previously blacklisted or suspended by gdwon.

Each Member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at gdwon. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you must supply include:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or passport
• A valid identity card or passport number
• Exact date of birth
• An active mobile number registered in Malaysia
• A valid and active email address
• A Malaysia bank account number registered in your own name

Gdwon reserves the right to request supporting documents for KYC verification purposes at any time, including copies of your identity card, bank statements, or any other documents deemed necessary.

Gdwon supports a range of local payment methods to help Malaysian Members manage their funds quickly and securely.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the Member's name. gdwon does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Gdwon reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for security review or KYC verification purposes. In such cases, the gdwon team will contact the Member within 24 hours to obtain any additional information required.

Gdwon offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotion page, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• The rollover requirement must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings generated from them can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirement.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse — including systematically placing low-risk wagers to meet rollover requirements — gdwon reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated wins.
• A special bonus granted to one account may not be used by another individual, even if they share the same device or network.

The general rules that apply to all games on gdwon are as follows:

• All game outcomes generated by the gdwon RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, gdwon will use server records to determine the valid game outcome.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or modified once the outcome is known.
• Gdwon reserves the right to void any suspicious bets or those involving potential fraud, technical errors, or incorrect information.
• Large wins exceeding a certain threshold are subject to additional security checks before withdrawal is approved.

Gdwon members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Opening more than one account or assisting others in opening accounts using false information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering activities through the gdwon platform.
• Attempting to exploit system bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches to obtain illegitimate wins.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward gdwon support staff or other players.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing a gdwon account to or from any party.

Gdwon reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of the terms in this document. In the event of a suspension, the Member will be notified via email within 48 hours.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, your valid remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the investigation is complete.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the gdwon support team. Requests will be processed within 3 business days.

Gdwon is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Members. All information you provide during registration and platform use is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• Financial losses resulting from wagering activities carried out at the Member's own discretion

• Deposit Limit — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your budget.
